We wanted to pay homage to the historic area of Stuyvesant Heights.
The area is known for its architecture significance and it was important to the team to keep that in mind while designing and staging the property.
We made selections such as wooden stair spindles, crown moldings, and patterned kitchen tiles to mimic the style of homes built in the late 1800’s and early 1900’s.
An open floor plate was another important detail that was not overlooked.
A 60ft living space allowed for three separate living and dining spaces, allowing for a creative take on the interior styling.
The kitchen is the heart of the household and the kitchen at 516 Lexington did not disappoint.
The doors to the patio from the kitchen accordion open, where indoor and outdoor entertaining meet.
