31 North Elliot Place
We worked very closely with the developers on this project. There was a huge focus on delivering a quality product, and we went above and beyond. So much of this home was custom – from cabinets to closets to storage solutions. Special consideration was taken in the kitchen where every effort was made to maximize utility, flexibility, and storage in the space.
The developers took inspiration from trendsetters and modern tech in their design choices. For instance, they took a cue from Athena Calderone of Eyeswoon who popularized a layer of skim coat on the hood of her stove. Eye- catching herringbone was used in the kitchen as well as state-of-the- art Sonos and Lutron lighting systems throughout the space.
In the bathrooms, they installed radiant heat flooring and backlit mirrors. An in-unit washer / dryer was also included in the design for convenience. There were so many thoughtful touches that set this property apart.
The developers also took great care with regard to amenities. On the ground floor they included cold storage, bike storage, and a fitness center. Between the keyed elevator access and the thoughtful finishes, it ended up being a really great building that got a lot of traction with buyers. It just goes to show that attention to detail matters!
